Since 2021, Bernard has shared his French heritage through delicate pralines, inspired by his grandmother’s passion for fine cuisine. Starting at 16, he trained in bakery and patisserie, developing a deep love for artisanal craftsmanship and high-quality creations. Bernard enjoys providing a personalized service, ensuring that each tasting is tailored to his clients' needs. We craft authentic French pralines, a traditional treat made in copper cauldrons from roasted nuts coated in caramel, following a cherished family recipe. Our pralines are vegan, gluten-free, and made without artificial flavours or preservatives. Beyond pralines, we offer unique creations like gourmet caramelized nut spreads and a one-of-a-kind dressing and dipping sauce, bringing you the finest flavours in every bite.
