The musical line up this year features musicians from all across Canada, as well as a few from further afield. Please remember that admission to the festival is to the overall event, not any particular musical performance.

Friday Highlights – Start the day off with a special performance by Jim Cuddy. Followed by songstress Babe Gurr and a double set of the Blues featuring Rick Fines, Sam Hurrie, Paul Keim, David Sinclair, and Suzie Vinnick. The Todd Butler Trio makes an appearance and then, straight from Ireland, an amazing performance by Four Men and A Dog. Down on the Garden Stage you can hear a variety of tunes from a diverse group of musicians including solo sets from Blues musicians Sam Hurrie, Suzie Vinnick and Rick Fines.

Saturday Highlights – Saturday we start off with folk rock group Spirit of the West, followed by Canadian icon Valdy, more music from Babe Gurr, and some great bluegrass tunes from Four Chords of Wood. The amazing singer songwriter Jesse Winchester will perform followed by a double set of tunes from festival favourite Connie Kaldor. And down on the Garden Stage you will find musicians who play in a variety of styles such as the bluegrass group Highrise Lonesome, local singer songwriter Gord Carter and SOTW front man John Mann, playing a solo set.

Sunday Highlights – Sunday we are starting off with a performance from award winning songwriter Fred Eaglesmith, more music from Jesse Winchester, and then the Fabulous Ginn Sisters, who made a surprise appearance at the festival last year. Country singer songwriter and local resident Sean Hogan takes the stage followed by the a cappella group the Euphorics and folk singer Valdy. On the Garden Stage you will find a real mix of performers including two amazing guitarists David Sinclair, and Paul Keim, followed by husband and wife duo the Konsorados.

Monday Highlights – Red-hot blues pianist Kenny” Blues Boss” Wayne will start off the day followed by the a cappella group the Euphorics. In the afternoon we will present our annual Great Canadian Songs Concert, with (SHOCK), no surprise guests this year. The concert will feature musicians, Jake Galbraith, Todd Butler and Valdy playing Great Canadian Songs for you. The Garden Stage will feature a variety of styles of music as we showcase the best in acoustic music for your listening pleasure.

Kid’s Highlights - This year the focus of the interactive Kid's Area is circus, circus, circus! We will have circus shows and circus workshops every day. Mike Battie will bring his amazing juggling, unicycle and physical skills and Sand Northrup will bring her remarkable One Woman Circus act to the Filberg Festival Kid's Area. Traci Skuce will teach daily yoga workshops in the morning so that you can limber up and be ready for circus school. Families will find many other activities to keep them occupied in the Kid's Area: face painting, the Lego tent, the arts and crafts table, the painting easels and more.
